Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from low-income families and underserved communities who may face numerous barriers to accessing mental health support. This role necessitates cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt your counseling practices to meet different client needs, ensuring every individual receives respectful and effective care suited to their unique backgrounds and situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) license to practice in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with a strong preference for candidates who have at least five (5) years experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook tools to facilitate documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
