Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Montage Counseling Center, you will engage in various clinical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and family units, along with individual sessions for each member, ensuring holistic support.

• Addressing diverse issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, marital conflicts, and communication difficulties among family members.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the needs of the family and individual clients.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Documenting progress and outcomes in a timely manner to support patient journeys and organizational objectives.

Your role will involve working with a dynamic patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. This may encompass:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:
