Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining a positive client experience during each therapy session, ensuring clients feel secure, valued, and understood.

• Consulting with licensed supervisors as needed and participating in monthly licensed consultations to enhance clinical approaches and strategies.

• Play an active role in onboarding and training new staff, sharing best practices and insights to foster their development.
\n
• Independently identify problems and cultivate solutions to improve client care and operational efficiency.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to effectively coordinate and facilitate comprehensive patient support.

• Commit to delivering outstanding clinical care that prioritizes the mental health and wellness of our clients, integrating therapeutic techniques that align with the best practices within the industry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs while fostering a trusting relationship that promotes healing and growth. As part of the team, you will advocate for the voice of younger clients and their families, adjusting therapeutic interventions to reflect their specific contexts and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the State of California, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of three years of experience in outpatient mental health care, demonstrating a strong track record in client assessments, therapeutic interventions, and positive outcomes.

• Exceptional operational skills with a focus on responsiveness, ensuring timely communication and support within the team.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strict clinical boundaries and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience is required, candidates with additional qualifications such as specialized training in trauma-informed care, play therapy, or family therapy methodologies will be highly valued. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and collaborative care models is also preferred.
