Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in accordance with established guidelines set forth by professional associations.

• Conduct comprehensive individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Participate actively in weekly staff meetings to discuss case management, treatment planning, and staff support.

• Document client progress thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring clarity and accuracy in progress notes post-session.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Plan and implement treatment plans, continually assessing adjustments based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and other educational opportunities available to enhance skill sets.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a wide range of ages and backgrounds, with particular focus on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management issues, and trauma-related conditions. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play an integral role in helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, fostering resilience, and achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent counseling license, specifically LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to complete progress notes and treatment documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
