Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and establish relevant, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions that promote mental well-being and build community among patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and care.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Bright Duchess, you will work with a diverse array of patients experiencing various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is essential.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, including solid therapeutic skills.

• Ability to assess mental health needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Prior experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients from various demographic backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong, therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
