Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through detailed intake processes that may include standardized assessments and personal interviews.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to the client’s preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open discussion and healing.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
\n
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and strategies for coping and self-care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

In your role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
