Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the diverse needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—to provide effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants who share similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, from those struggling with acute conditions to those managing chronic mental health challenges. Your work will involve engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and adaptability to meet varying needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapy techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment roadmaps.

• Experience providing therapy to both individuals and groups, ideally in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
