Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote outpatient setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring that you remain part of a collaborative healthcare team. Regular business hours will be observed, along with occasional evening shifts to accommodate clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and intake interviews to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, tailored to individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives holistic and coordinated care, contributing to their overall recovery and safety.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support during acute episodes, showcasing your expertise and compassionate approach in high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community mental health initiatives and workshops aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and increasing public awareness, thereby fostering community wellbeing.

Qualifications\n
