Work Environment\n

In this position, you will work remotely but will be integrated into a dynamic outpatient office setting. Our telemedicine framework allows for flexibility, enabling you to provide care during standard business hours, evenings, or weekends—whichever best fits your schedule. You will have regular interactions with a multi-disciplinary clinical team through virtual meetings, collaborating to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions and closely monitor client progress to ensure effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services, including safety and relapse prevention planning, as well as timely referrals to community resources.
\n
• Engage in case staffing as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, sharing insights and strategies for continued client support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reflects the current treatment plan.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including family members and referral sources, to enhance the effectiveness of ongoing treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide care for a diverse range of clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. This includes individuals, couples, and families seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your work will significantly impact their journey towards better mental health by providing understanding, empathy, and tailored care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of an active California state license for any of the following: Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Strong competency in diagnosing mental health disorders and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• An evidence-based clinical skill set with dedication to outcome-focused care.

• Exceptional empathetic listening skills, complemented by strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient knowledge of crisis intervention strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and tools.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Previous work in multi-disciplinary teams or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
