Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for a range of crucial duties, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this position revolves around individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and other distressing life events. Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a strong foundation in trauma-related disorders.

• Solid understanding of trauma-focused treatment modalities and resilience-building strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented with a compassionate and client-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
