This role is designed to accommodate a remote work setting, providing flexibility and an environment conducive to both employee well-being and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' trauma histories, facilitating the development of appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, promoting resilience through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specifically geared towards trauma healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to guide patients in processing trauma, overcoming challenges, and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support to individuals in need during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma-related responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance support structures.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient information.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development, focusing on advances in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor when engaging with patients and families.

• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations, contributing positively to patient outcomes.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological applications required for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
