Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' histories and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to process their trauma and cultivate coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient tracking.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities and staying updated with the latest research and practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• A strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and an array of trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms, ensuring efficient management of client information.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value demonstrated expertise in trauma-focused therapies, evidence of successful patient outcomes, and the ability to navigate complex emotional scenarios. Experience in emergency response and crisis intervention will further strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
