Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments using the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment model to evaluate the treatment needs of clients.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 standards, ensuring an accurate and thorough understanding of patient conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate standard practice guidelines, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapeutic approaches in one-on-one, family, or group settings.

• Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, promoting professional development and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with other community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans that facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, utilizing effective assessment and intervention strategies to address urgent client needs.

• Offer training and educational workshops on mental health topics to team members and the community to enhance overall understanding and awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state in which you reside.

• Strong computer skills, especially in Windows applications, along with effective email communication abilities.
