Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Connect Deeper Counseling Center, you will:

• Provide crisis intervention and therapy in challenging circumstances, demonstrating adaptability and clinical acumen.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and support staff, to establish comprehensive treatment plans for psychiatric disorders.

• Prepare detailed clinical reports and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the best practices for various diagnoses.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, track progress, and conform to ethical standards and regulatory mandates.

• Communicate effectively with care teams, advocating for patient needs and facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Create individualized treatment plans that adhere to established guidelines, offering therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources.

• Provide on-call crisis support and emergency consultations as needed during designated work hours.

• Conduct detailed mental health evaluations, including inquiries into patients' histories related to criminal and substance use issues.

Qualifications\n

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required for practice.

• Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to maintain a large caseload and liaise effectively with support staff and healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
