Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and effective individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, catering to clients' unique mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults presenting diverse mental health needs. Focused on enhancing their quality of life, your role crucially involves helping these individuals acquire skills necessary for emotional and behavioral improvement. This includes addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to practice independently.

• Credentials must include one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and free from disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience working with adults.

• Demonstrable expertise in using solution-focused therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy sessions, including a reliable computer with audio and webcam capabilities and a fast internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent upon working hours and experience level. In addition, our full-time counselors receive:
