Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to establish treatment goals tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Facilitate effective collaboration with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to comply with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring a high level of care and focusing on client outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a culture of enrichment among teammates, sharing insights and strategies to enhance services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Caremate Health, you will work with a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; however, a higher degree will be an advantage.

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in mental health counseling or a related domain, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with clients.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating the development of rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
