This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, aiming to reduce anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

• Create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly share their concerns and work through challenges.

• Help clients set realistic and achievable personal goals while continuously monitoring and adjusting these goals as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.

• Document all sessions accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health care via continual professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance collaborative practices.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. You will use evidence-based therapies to address these issues, ensuring that each client's treatment plan is tailored specifically to their needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current, independent license to practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field, demonstrating expertise in treatment planning and therapy techniques.

• Exceptional skills in virtual communication and trust-building with clients.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology used for delivering remote therapy.
