Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to create a flexible workspace that suits your lifestyle. You will connect with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing innovative technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions. Our remote work culture values work-life balance, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, focusing entirely on your counseling practice without commuting distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Create a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable mental health objectives, ensuring a targeted approach to their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
