Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings for clients presenting with a range of mental health issues to identify their immediate and long-term treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the clients’ assessment results, goals, and preferences, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize their progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a comprehensive care plan that supports the whole client experience.

• Engage with clients' families to educate and involve them in the healing process, promoting familial support that can enhance recovery outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n
