Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with clients to assess their needs, set personalized treatment goals, and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term mental health improvement.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring they adapt to clients' changing needs and progress.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to provide holistic support to clients, referring them as necessary to additional services.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and to enhance cultural and collaborative environments within the practice.

• Contributing actively to the development of a positive organizational culture through teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced education is preferred.

• Proven experience of at least two years in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and modalities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

• A deep commitment to building rapport with clients, ensuring a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, we appreciate candidates who have familiarity with community mental health resources and networks, giving you an advantage in guiding clients to additional support services. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
