Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify needs and co-develop treatment plans.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions, including both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration through documentation and team meetings to optimize patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.

• Providing case management for assigned patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate holistic care.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
