This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via secure online video chat platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to adults, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and receive professional development feedback.

• Engage in community outreach and marketing to help reduce stigma around mental health and promote the benefits of seeking therapy.

• Stay updated on current trends and research in the mental health field to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing mental health support to adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients seek a safe, judgment-free space where they can explore their feelings and experiences. As a therapist at Carilion, you will leverage technology to create meaningful connections and deliver effective therapy to individuals who may have previously faced barriers to access traditional in-person services.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC that is in good standing with no disciplinary actions.

• Minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting of client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
