Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The organization focuses particularly on supporting students in need of mental health services, thus the sessions are often funded by educational institutions, allowing therapists to focus entirely on client support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to provide unsupervised mental health therapy.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Demonstrated proficiency in generating intake assessments, identifying diagnoses, and developing ongoing treatment plans.

• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus with their first client, along with potential bonuses based on performance. A health insurance stipend is available, contingent on meeting minimum eligibility criteria.
