Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to the needs of clients of various age groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conducting thorough assessments through telehealth methods to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, including educators and healthcare providers, to facilitate coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with clients from various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will support clients facing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in facilitating discussions that lead to meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Applicants with limited/provisional licenses and those with past disciplinary actions need not apply.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individuals’ needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate disposition, capable of establishing rapport with clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health records for documentation and remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
