Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including those who are experiencing significant life stressors, addiction-related issues, or mental health conditions. Your expertise will be essential in guiding individuals through their recovery journey, utilizing trauma-informed care principles to create an environment that respects each person's experience and promotes healing. You will also integrate 12-step recovery processes into your therapeutic practices where applicable, providing clients with tools for sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or the state where you reside.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently, navigating complex cases and working alongside diverse professional teams.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records and effective digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
