You will have access to a user-friendly therapist portal designed to streamline clinical documentation, thus minimizing paperwork and maximizing your focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate mental health diagnoses according to DSM V standards.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines, engaging clients in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brief therapy, and behavior modification techniques during counseling sessions.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through synchronous video sessions, addressing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize client self-assessments and progress measures to monitor therapeutic effectiveness, allowing for real-time adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation electronically through our intuitive therapist portal.

In this role, you will serve a diverse adult client population, including individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Active independent licensure in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required. Holding multiple state licenses is an added advantage.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, clinical psychology, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
