Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continually assess and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies the recording of essential client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Collaborate and receive insights from the Therapy Leadership Team to ensure you remain supported in your clinical practice.
\n
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnoses using the DSM-5 criteria to identify the needs of your clients accurately.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established practice guidelines, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Offer therapy sessions that utilize various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy tailored to each client’s unique situation.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care effectively as a member of our expanding therapy community.
\n
• Deliver weekly live video therapy sessions, providing evidence-based care to adults with various emotional disorders, creating a safe space for patients to express and work through their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of adult clients, each presenting unique emotional and psychological challenges—from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and adjustment disorders. Gentle Counseling approaches care with cultural sensitivity, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and ensuring that our mental health services are inclusive and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Current independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC). Additional licenses in other states are advantageous.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in integrating technology into clinical practice to enhance patient engagement and streamline workflows.

Compensation and Benefits\n
