Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain comprehensive crisis alerts for effective coordination with county crisis services for program participants.
\n
• Coordinate and document transitions for hospital/inpatient services and program transfers, ensuring smooth communication with hospital staff to facilitate safe discharges.
\n
• Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques adeptly, providing milieu support as the designated Clinician of the Day.
\n
• Complete thorough risk assessments and safety plans for clients, documenting these promptly to provide continuity of care.
\n
• Ensure timely documentation is completed on the same day for clients at risk of crisis intervention.
\n
• File critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when necessary, upholding compliance and integrity in documentation.
\n
• Participate in an alternating on-call schedule for after-hours phone support to deliver continuous care coordination.
\n
• Engage actively with participants to avert the need for crisis services through proactive measures and interventions.
\n
• Perform additional duties as requested by management to support the overall mission and function of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• A current and independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
