Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, evaluating the nature, duration, and intensity of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using recognized modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help manage mood disorders effectively.

• Provide ongoing education for clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed on recent research and advances in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapy approaches and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and treatment plans, complying with legal and ethical requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team knowledge through participation in case consultations and ongoing training.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, promoting understanding and reducing stigma related to mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse clientele comes from various backgrounds, and your ability to connect with clients and provide personalized treatment will be essential in supporting their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly related to mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse client populations.

• Experience in using telehealth systems and tools will be highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specifically working with mood disorder patients is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with additional incentives and a sign-on bonus.
