Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active state licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this role.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a community health setting, is necessary to effectively cater to our clientele.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with a variety of populations, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

• Must possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
