Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on improving their mental health and overall well-being.

• Encouraging clients to articulate their emotions and experiences to foster self-insight and enhanced interpersonal relationships.

• Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them define and work toward their personal therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work exclusively with stable adults who have low acuity needs. All clients undergo a screening process before scheduling sessions, ensuring you are matched with individuals who align with your specialties and demographic preferences. This targeted approach allows you to provide the highest level of care within your areas of expertise, further enhancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a fully licensed mental health provider, including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Availability to practice independently and without supervision.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for empathy and effective communication with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
