Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include the following:

• Utilizing automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor client progress and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Documenting all clinical interactions promptly within our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring that your notes are both comprehensive and easily accessible.

• Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek support and guidance when needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM V) standards.

• Creating evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate current best practices for each client’s specific diagnosis, delivering therapeutic counseling and education as needed.

• Implementing various therapeutic models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification techniques, to address clients’ diverse emotional needs.

• Working alongside psychiatric providers to ensure our clients receive holistic care that addresses both mental health and medical concerns.

• Providing weekly therapeutic sessions through live video chats to adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
