Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health counseling to a diverse caseload of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our community clinic serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions impacting their mental and emotional well-being, allowing you to implement tailored strategies that enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license in the state of Texas to practice as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD). This license must permit you to provide unsupervised therapy.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience, providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
