This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it easier to maintain an ideal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms relating to mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual situations.

• Work collaboratively with clients to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and effective self-care techniques, fostering a supportive and informative environment.

• Monitor clients’ treatment progress diligently, making timely adjustments to the treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated treatment approach that encompasses all aspects of a client's mental and emotional health.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, particularly regarding mood disorders, to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation reflecting the details of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities, contributing to collective knowledge and best practices.

The primary clients you will serve are individuals facing challenges related to mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Solid expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mood disorder interventions, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals for integrated care.
