Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working with other professionals to deliver coordinated care and ensure holistic support for clients experiencing complex mental health concerns.

• Effectively handle crisis situations by offering immediate support to clients in distress, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathy to mitigate acute mental health crises.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
