Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, considering their histories, symptoms, and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.
