Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, focusing on their challenges and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and adjustment disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with best practices and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and timely support to clients facing urgent mental health issues, ensuring immediate safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, teaching coping strategies and informing them about community resources available for further support.

• Maintain detailed and secure client records in compliance with ethical guidelines, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and state regulations regarding mental health practice, ensuring informed consent and client confidentiality at all times.

• Exhibit cultural competence by respecting and acknowledging the diverse backgrounds of clients while tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a selection of comprehensive benefits.
