Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identify symptoms, and establish clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices to address the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

• Engage clients in therapy sessions—both individually and in groups—utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to achieve their specific goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource specialists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and staying current with best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad client base, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities are essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
