Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify patient issues, diagnose conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental health and personal growth.

• Utilize current practices outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders to formulate realistic treatment objectives.

• Employ diverse counseling techniques, including individual, group, and family interventions, emphasizing culturally sensitive practices to address the varied backgrounds of our clientele.

• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics that influence patient outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through electronic health records (EHR) and manage data flow for telehealth services to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 91,000 to USD 104,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to qualified candidates.
