Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify co-occurring disorders, tailoring treatment plans to meet clients’ individualized needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that focus on fostering resilience and effective coping strategies for clients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues such as addiction, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, addiction recovery principles, and available resources to support their treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is required.
