Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, creating initial treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

Your practice will focus on individuals navigating mental health challenges, including those with mood disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar credential recognized in New York.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a similar setting.

• Proficient understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatment methodologies, and the implementation of evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with a broad range of individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
