Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional team members to coordinate and ensure holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing your training and compassion to facilitate stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals from varying cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
