Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients to identify their mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans, prioritizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams in a virtual setting to coordinate care, ensuring holistic support is provided throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with evolving best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Contribute to program development initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement to enhance client services.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, managing urgent situations with sensitivity and a focus on client safety and wellbeing.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay informed about the latest research within the field and actively integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the pleasure of working with a diverse array of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress, and relational challenges. Many of our clients are navigating significant life transitions and are seeking support to enhance their emotional resilience. Your role will involve not only therapeutic intervention but also education and empowerment, equipping clients with the tools they need to achieve lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing counseling services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, enabling quick rapport-building with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors at Radiant Reflections can expect an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend and the opportunity for free access to our therapy services for personal use, as long as you remain a member of our counseling team.
