This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while serving clients at our outpatient office in Franklin, TN. You will be part of a dynamic, dedicated team that values work-life balance, operating primarily during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a complete understanding of their mental health state.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating their insights into the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions and support.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care strategies for better mental health management.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing education and research to remain knowledgeable about the latest advancements in mood disorder treatments and mental health practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development sessions that promote learning and the sharing of best practices among the team.

• Serve as a mental health advocate, promoting understanding and acceptance for those affected by mood disorders within the broader community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for mood disorders, particularly expertise in CBT and DBT.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and understand psychopharmacology.

• Proven experience in achieving successful treatment outcomes for clients suffering from mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
