Work Environment\n

This position embraces the modern telehealth model, allowing therapists to connect with clients remotely while ensuring comfortable and convenient access to mental health support. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and create effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions — including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care — tailored to clients’ cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resource providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and psychological stability of clients.

• Educate clients and families about mental health dynamics, treatment options, and available community resources, aiming to empower their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Experience providing therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing culturally responsive approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
