Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, utilizing our telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions. Our work environment emphasizes flexibility and autonomy while providing our staff with access to resources and support. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the varied needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and backgrounds.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns, promoting healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, helping clients to navigate acute psychological distress.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy of our clients is upheld.

• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focusing on cultural competency and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy through culturally responsive and inclusive methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities, demonstrating a calm and effective approach even in high-pressure situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
