Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ histories, current issues, and overall wellness, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and therapeutic goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Deliver individual therapy, group therapy sessions, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable for diverse client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention rapidly and effectively, ensuring immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulously accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards that protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers—to create a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by providing education about mental health, treatment avenues, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the individual’s experience and expertise.
