The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing essential services to clients across Tennessee. As part of our outpatient office model, you will engage with clients through secure teletherapy sessions, maintaining a professional yet warm therapeutic environment.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who seek therapy for everyday life challenges rather than severe mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, in good standing.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy technologies and electronic health record systems.
