Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and create personalized care plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effectively during sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting care strategies as necessary.

• Administer telehealth services that are user-friendly and accessible, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client interactions, care plans, and session notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
