Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and psychological evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver therapy sessions, employing various techniques suited for individual and group therapy settings.
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialists, when additional care is warranted.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, addiction, and severe emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy that is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Strong crisis management skills, with the capability to remain composed in high-pressure scenarios.

• Experience working with patients experiencing substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
